I hope that everyone is doing great!  This week we will focus on how we can use social media as a business tool, on multiple levels, certainly to market our businesses, but also to market ourselves, and to foster business contacts and networks.  Learn more about the various uses and benefits of using Linkedin here .  To begin on this endeavor, please open an account on Linkedin .  If you already have one there is no need to open another one. Wk 4 Vlogging To Promote Your Brand

Greetings Social Media Marketers I hope that everyone is having fun planing, practicing, and filming your VLOGs.   As you are probably experiencing, effective Blogging and especially Vlogging requires you to be strategic.  Some tips that can help you with Vlogs: Select your market niche (and always keep them in mind).  You want to keep in mind at all times, who is your audience, what is important to them, what do they want to watch.  It's easy to think about what do I want, how do I want to look, how do I want to sound.  Instead, think about what does the audience want, what visuals interest them, what do they want to hear about. Watch for trends : This can be challenging because you want to leverage a trend, but the most successful jump on a trend before it becomes too saturated.  So this requires you to keep your finger on the pulse of what's happening in your niche and then incorporate it in your vlogs.
